The 2025 Summit of the Americas will be held at the InterContinental Miami, a luxury hotel situated in downtown Miami with views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Port of Miami. Located at 100 Chopin Plaza in Miami, Florida, this is the only hotel that will be in our official housing block.

Our negotiated rate at the InterContinental Miami for standard rooms is $377.00 per night plus tax, and this rate is inclusive of a $33 per night hotel service fee that provides complimentary internet throughout the hotel, as well as additional benefits. Bay view and other upgraded room options are available for additional fees. The final room reservation deadline for the 2025 Summit of the Americas is Friday, February 7, 2025. Below you will find more information about reserving at the InterContinental Miami. We encourage you to book your room reservation as soon as possible since there is no guarantee that rooms will still be available by the published room reservation deadline.

This reservation link puts you into our official block at our official rate. If you book directly with the hotel without using this link, or if you book through any other provider, our discounted rate will not be honored. Also, booking within our official block helps us maintain reasonably priced exhibit and registration fees, and lets you avoid the significant advance deposits and potentially restrictive cancellation policies you are likely to encounter if booking outside of our block.

Reservation Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or make any changes to your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly using the contact information provided in your hotel confirmation. We recommend that you make all changes and cancellations in writing and that you request written confirmation. You must cancel at least 72 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date to be refunded your initial deposit and avoid additional charges. If you cancel within 72 hours of your confirmed arrival date, you will forfeit the advance deposit you paid upon booking your reservation.

A Note about Arrival Dates

Please carefully consider your arrival date. If you do not check into the hotel on the day your reservation starts, your reservation will be canceled and you will forfeit your advance deposit. If you attempt to check into the hotel prior to the start of your confirmed reservation, there is no guarantee the hotel will be able to accommodate you.
